Shen Yong adapts casework and counselling, play therapy, and family therapy in his work with clients.

He also has vast experience in conducting experiential workshops for various organisations and professionals. Shen Yong has worked with Police and Army officers to conduct smoking cessation workshops, trained peers to support person-in-recovery to lead a drug-free lifestyle, probation officers in youth sexuality work, and social workers on childhood trauma and attachment.
